Shopify Integration
Connect your Shopify store to automate order notifications and cart recovery.
Connecting Shopify
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Shopify
- Click "Connect Store"
- Enter your Shopify store URL
- Authorize the connection in the Shopify admin
Available automations
Once connected, you can set up:
- Order confirmations: Automatically send order details on Piccaso
- Shipping updates: Notify customers when their order ships
- Abandoned cart recovery: Remind customers about items left in their cart
- Review requests: Ask for feedback after delivery
Syncing data
Customer data from Shopify is automatically synced, including:
- Customer profiles and contact info
- Order history
- Product catalog
- Cart events
